What Will I Be Doing?:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and bar patrons by specification of menu and outlet requirement. Other duties are prepping, cleaning, and re setting of bar area as needed. Primary responsibilities are to monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas, maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections along with correct garnishes, maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving, complete opening, running, and closing side duties assigned: see checklists and side work chart, displays knowledge of drink recipes by consistently preparing all drinks to specification and delivers customized service, interactive or silent, as is appropriate based on the guest's need to ensure guest satisfaction.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful? :
1 year of face-to-face customer service experience, 2 years experience in food and beverage, preferably in bartending are required. Ability to handle a tremendous volume of guests while ensuring a meaningful guest experience is important.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job? :
As a bartender, you must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, be able to overhead reach, climb/descend stairs regularly, and be able to properly move or lifts up to 40lbs throughout shift. You will spend all shifts in the outdoors, so you must be able to withstand these temperatures to perform essential job functions in outdoor conditions.
