Position Overview
As a Recruiter, you will recruit and select candidates for consideration to work at our many facilities throughout the country, working closely with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire world class, top talent. You will model C&S's core values and mission to all candidates through your words and actions, maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for key positions and proactive growth, and make recommendations based on the needs of our hiring managers.

- Recruit exempt and non-exempt hires for multiple levels and functions across the organization.
- Source and thoroughly evaluate candidates; check personal qualifications against job requirements
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to establish recruitment profiles
- Qualify candidates through behavioral interview techniques, skills assessments, and background checks
- Provide an aggressive hiring plan; build confidence and credibility with hiring managers; present candidate synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate on-site interviews; conduct, analyze, and discuss reference checks with hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and benefits; finalize offers to candidates; coordinate on-boarding

- Ability to provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
- Ability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and push back when necessary
- Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting, including screening,
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
- Ability to work with limited supervision, demonstrate an ability to prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency and a high level of quality
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Handle confidential information discreetly
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency and maintaining a professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated performance of achieving hiring targets
