Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Hydro GBS has recently established a new recruiting team in North America. The team is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services across North America and we are now looking for a recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter / People Resourcing specialist reports to Head of People Resourcing in GBS HR NA.

Job Responsibilities:

* Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers, HR, and plant leadership
* Work with plant leadership in welcoming temps and direct hire employees.
* Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
* Contribute to standardization of Hydro's group recruitment processes (summer temps, apprentices and graduates)
* Provide recruitment training to hiring managers
* Manage interactions with recruitment suppliers
* Provide support to plant leadership as needed to maintain common goals
* Provide updates to plant and regional leadership on recruitment activities and goals
* Support in other team activities when needed

Job Requirements:

* Develop and forge relationships with GBS Partners by providing excellent customer service for recruitment
* Process driven and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
* Proficiency in Office 365

Education and Work Requirements:

* Associate's Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* 1 to 3 + years in an HR setting working with recruitment
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
* Proficiency in Office 365
