If you said Yes! to all of the above, you belong here!RESPONSIBILITIESYou are the recruiter we've been looking for if:You want to work with a collaborative HR team who is "in it together" and pitch in to help each otherYou work collaboratively with hiring managers to determine applicant requirementsYou design, implement, and execute effective recruitment strategiesYou hunt for candidates with dogged persistenceYou have a well-developed network of candidates and external resources and a proven ability to identify and motivate external candidates through cold-calling and networking You understand and implement best practices in the candidate experience and understand that a no today could be a yes tomorrowYou utilize your knowledge of candidate experience best practices to guide the candidate through the steps of the interview process and work with hiring managers on coordination and communication throughout the processYou can reply to an email faster than a speeding bullet (but would rather speak face-face)You have a desire to have a deep understanding of our business, industry, products and processes, staffing requirements and short and long-term objectives· You assess and select the highest caliber people· You promote a work place culture recognized as fair, respectful, adult, inclusive and challenging· You eat, sleep and breath your employment brand· You will roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your colleagues as they do with you Necessary EvilsYou want to ensure legal and good business practice compliance Provide reporting of employment activity and recruiting effectivenessSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES· You always operate with the desired outcome in mind· You think out of the box and are naturally inspired by a challenge· You always stay informed of cutting-edge trends in recruiting and always propose improvements· You love people and build and maintain strong relationships and like to exceed expectations of all "customers" including candidates, hiring managers and business partners· You partner with all your colleagues and clients to develop and deliver services that drive higher business results· You set and exceed high expectations for yourself· Despite being creative and, of course, charming; you are also able to juggle multiple priorities and organize like Mary Poppins EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE· You've been hustling to source and recruit professionals for 5 years· You know your way around Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and sourcing tools and, of course, office tools · You have mastered the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, interviewing and closingU.S. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: For the safety of our employees and clients Dynata requires all U.S. employees to be vaccinated unless you qualify for an approved exemption.
