Job description

The BioSpine Institute specializes in the ever-evolving field of minimally invasive spine surgery. We have an immediate opening for the front desk. You must be outgoing, great at multitasking, a phenomenal team player, and willing to learn. You are professional, positive, upbeat, personable, and compassionate while interacting with patients and a master of organization. You do not let the small things sweat you and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment, while handling multiple priorities. At the front desk, you are the epitome of stellar customer service. You are responsible for preparing medical record charts for the provider, gathering information from the patient upon check in, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Job Duties:

-Responsible for welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly, courteous, and caring manner.

-Checking in and verifying that all information in demographics, including insurance information are correct.

-Collecting payments.

-Maintaining the reception area in an organized fashion.

-Preparing charts for next clinic day.

-Ensuring all forms and patient information are input into the system.

In our search for the BEST fit, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

-1-2 years of customer service experience

- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of patient documentation

- Knowledge of Insurance and/or experience with verification of insurance eligibility

- Ability and willingness to travel between offices on occasion is required:

(Tampa, Brooksville, Orlando, Lakeland, Fort Meyers, and Deltona)
