Job description
Fund&Grow is seeking a Marketing Director to help us get to the next level! This position will be working in our office in sunny Spring Hill, FL.
The role of the Marketing Director is to promote our service, manage marketing projects, and lead the Marketing Team. This position will require understanding of target audience, management of multiple projects, and leadership skills to ensure the team is supported and deadlines are being met.
The successful incumbent should be able to manage multiple priorities, have the desire to lead by example, and show initiative to keep fresh ideas flowing in the department.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing services.
· Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
· Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
· Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
· Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with management, creative and content teams, and contractors to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our services
· Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
· Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
· Hold regular meetings with Sales Department to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
· Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
· Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
· Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software.
· Established portfolio of media and PR contacts preferred
· Ability to sit at a desk for 90% of the workday.
· Ability to view, read, and type on a computer for 90% of the workday.
· Ability to utilize phone, video call, etc. to complete virtual meetings.
