OVERVIEW:
OnTask, a division of Accusoft, continues to grow and the team is searching for a Business Development Executive I. In this position, you will manage the full sales-cycle of qualified leads from initial sales acceptance to closing the sale. OnTask's solutions enable users to digitize any business process , on any device with greater efficiency, flexibility, and security.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Development Executive I position is responsible for independently and creatively sourcing qualified leads, prospecting outbound to a global marketplace and identifying and closing revenue producing opportunities within the assigned market. One will be responsible for executing a comprehensive sales plan to meet/exceed established quota. In this role, one is responsible for accurately and timely processing all sales activities and orders in the sales database; taking the sale from initial interest to order processed through system updates.

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by OnTask.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing, product management and sales departments.
• Collating and maintaining detailed client information in CRM. Experience with Salesforce, a plus.
• Improving sales by attracting new clients through cold-calling, emailing, and following company-generated leads.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or related field and B2B experience in corporate management and sales process environment a plus; three plus years of related experience, preferably in SaaS software sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
