Job Description Overview The Opportunity:The Business Process Management Group is looking for a Business Process Analyst to help drive measurable business process improvements aligned with PCG objectives. The Business Process Analyst works cross-functionally within PCG and the broader firm to understand and develop our primary value chain, unify our business process architecture, refine important processes and sub-processes, and identify and execute on operational excellence and measurable areas for improvement. You will report to the Business Process Manager who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.The Day-to-Day:Partner with the business to develop the client life cycle, map business capabilities and important processes, and assess areas for improvementWork with the Technology Group implementing engineered or vendor solutions that enhance client experienceDrive process improvements through review of our business architecture's stability and scalability, developing lean workflows, and ensuring solutions meet goalsConduct root cause analysis formulating cogent problem statements, process assessment, modeling, and plan for improvementDocument requirements and manage changes from current to future design statesLead process redesign and reengineering workshops with business end-usersMaintain business processes and group artifactsYour Qualifications:2+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar positionExperienced in process improvements and managing projects working with multiple business partnersTraining in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), or BPMProcess mapping using MS Visio or similar toolsProject tracking with software like Atlassian Confluence, or JiraExperience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and SDLCU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
