Why You'll Love This Job:

Being a Business Analyst within the Enterprise Data Management Program, you will wo r k with the EDM Office, EDM Program Stakeholders and the Data Management CoE to analyze and document business requirements (user stories) to enhance EDM tools in support of defined procedures and automation opportunities.

You will support the EDM office and stakeholders in the maintenance and enhancements of Policies, Procedures, Job Aids, and other official documents, and be responsible for ensuring the EDM SharePoint site stays current, and continually work on improving the organization and content.

Your Primary Responsibilities :

• Analysis and documentation of Business Requirements for EDM tools
• Support of EDM sponsored initiatives through the New Initiative process
• Support of the Data Management Center of Excellence (CoE) in managing engagements
• Support of the EDM Office and Data Management CoE in defining and executing communication plans
• Update official EDM documents, review with the EDM Office and stakeholders, address feedback and facilitate approval and publication of final documents.
• Support the EDM Program Director in the maintenance of documents required by the New Initiatives Process.
• Support Data Management CoE leadership in managing demand from and engagements with Tribe Squads and projects.

Talents Needed for Success:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1-3 years relevant experience as a Data/Business Analyst
• MS Office proficiency is required
• Experience with any data governance tool a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.
