Sr. Financial Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the company's financial forecasting, annual planning process, operating plan variance and special projects. The position provides financial consulting and support to senior management including financial presentations, data analysis, P&L analysis, and other projects requested by management.

Responsibilities:

Planning

* Own and drive the company-level budget and forecasting models.
* Distill various revenue and cost drivers to build a robust, precise, and scalable model for Bisk's P&L, incorporating baseline trends and the incremental impact of business initiatives.

Reporting

* Build monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting decks for internal teams as well as owners.
* Partner with Technology in developing scorecards and dashboards that highlight key financial metrics and trends, communicating an accurate view of the business, and driving accountability among business teams.

Strategic Decision Support

* Help Bisk evaluate investment opportunities, pricing decisions and new business lines from a financial perspective by quantifying the impact on revenue and margins.
* Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Bisk information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
* Other duties as assigned

Experience & Background

* 5+ years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth tech company with extensive hands-on exposure to financial modeling and strategic decision-making analysis.
* Degree in accounting or finance required, MBA preferred.
* Tampa Bay and Orlando area candidates are preferred.
* Ability to develop predictive models from scratch, perform quantitative deep dives to get to the core of the issue, and work in a cross-functional environment providing support to various business leads.
* Mastery of Excel with the ability to build large scale financial models that are flexible enough to drive real time business conversations.
* Demonstrated ability to take control over the data required to perform analysis, including experience working with SQL, Tableau, and other data mining tools.
* Analytical mind with high levels of curiosity and attention to detail with the ability to drive conversations at the most basic level while maintaining a view of key macro priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop logical arguments based on incisive analysis, presented in a way that aligns our teams around top priorities.
