You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Business Analysis - Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you'll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.

The Global People Technology team is responsible for the strategy, support and operational maintenance of our network-wide Human Capital technologies. We support the business led people strategy by providing an optimised toolset to enable these critical and rapidly evolving processes. Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success working on Human Capital technology projects, preferably for a global network of professional services firms including:
  • Demonstrating passion about coaching and developing team members;
  • Understanding of the end to end Human Capital (HC) lifecycle;
  • Having specialized knowledge in at least one area of the HC or L&D lifecycle;
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to lead requirements gathering sessions for large, complex projects;
  • Documenting project requirements in a detailed and clear manner;
  • Designing and documenting user stories and wireframes;
  • Gathering requirements for projects with complex integrations and data requirements;
  • Coordinating closely with architecture teams throughout project scoping regarding key considerations and alignment to global design and technical strategy;
  • Leading teams through challenging requirements discussions where stakeholders may have a conflicting point of view;
  • Demonstrating communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with impact and confidence, both verbally and written;
  • Driving alignment to established technology standards, practices and processes;
  • Being aware of and utilizing standards related to GDPR, Schrems II, and other data privacy legislation;
  • Understanding of product implementations with SaaS and on premise applications;
  • Being aware of project management methodologies, tools and techniques;
  • Having a collaborative working style within and across teams at all levels, both internally and with vendors;
  • Demonstrating global acumen, by having worked across cultures and backgrounds;
  • Being proactive with established management of time, workloads, and priorities;
  • Facilitating and encouraging creativity and forward-thinking suggestions; and,
  • Providing relevant, accurate and up to date information to leadership.
