Job description

Job Duties of Recruiter Include:

• As a Healthcare Recruiter you will be making a difference in the lives of your fellow team members, our caregivers, and our clients. SkyBridge Healthcare Recruiters are responsible for being the employment solution for Nurses, Therapists and Allied Health professionals nation wide.
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
• Complete and document new employee hiring process, from prescreen through offer extensions necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
• Represent the candidate and SkyBridge throughout the application process
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and sales leads for company growth
• Work with Account Managers to identify top organizations, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess Client staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships within an individual's specific industry
• Evaluate, screen, and interview candidates to make sure they fill Clients' requirements
• Compete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
• Determine and negotiate wages, benefits, terms and conditions of employment with potential candidates

Educational and Experience Qualifications of Recruiter:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High standard of professionalism and character
• Advanced knowledge with Outlook, Word, & Excel
