In this role, you'll be finding and hiring the best quality caregivers to help seniors stay independent and healthy. You'll have the opportunity to recruit, qualify, and hire caregivers to join our family.

You'll have experience in recruiting talented caregivers, screening the top candidates, and being able to meet our growing demand.

EasyLiving is a growing, non-medical in-home care & care management agency. We provide needed personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes. EasyLiving has been a family-owned business since 1998 and currently provides services throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate our recruiting plan to grow throughout the Tampa Bay areas.
  • Meet your totally attainable goal of having 30 interviews each month.
  • Meet the goal of hiring 10 caregivers each month for our three locations
  • Create and manage exciting and unique ads as part of the recruitment process
  • Respond to online applicants to determine their qualifications and motivate them to apply
  • Schedule interviews for applicants that pass the initial screening process
  • Hire new applicants that fit in with our company mission
  • Coach our caregivers and help them be successful in providing care to their clients
  • Create and maintain new hire documentation and files in a super organized and efficient way
  • Ensure 100% home healthcare regulation compliance for employee files
  • Systemize and manage the AHCA level 2 background screenings
  • Supervise drug screen requirements and results
  • Maintain caregiver information through our online system
  • Excitedly crunch numbers for a monthly assessment report that will make you proud enough to put on your fridge afterward
  • Promote training programs to increase awareness and participation
  • Supervise iCaRewards program and cultivate excitement through creative ideas
  • Systemize and manage the new caregiver orientations- ensure every new caregiver leaves with no questions unanswered and is ready to be a part of our great team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
