Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the HR subject matter expert to assigned business units and acts as an advisor on human resources related issues. Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will develop and lead an HR agenda which supports organizational goals and business strategy. You will act as an employee champion, drive change initiatives and anticipate HR related needs to deliver value-add service to leaders and employees. You will also support positive work relationships, champion the inclusion of diversity, strengthen engagement, and increase productivity. You will develop and implement workforce planning strategies, conduct internal investigations and coach leaders to ensure consistency in the performance management and positive discipline processes. You will lead the development and roll out of HR programs and initiatives to enhance HR services and ensure compliance with company policies and laws/regulations and collective bargaining agreements. You will also solve complex employee and labor relations issues and represent the company in collective bargaining, litigation and union arbitrations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
* An MBA would be preferred;
* SPHR, other HR-related professional certification or MBA will be considered an asset;
* 6+ years of HR experience including 2 years in a leadership role; prior Labor Relations experience is also preferred;
* Innovative and creative problem-solver with superior analytic skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with critical attention to detail and follow through on projects to completion;
* Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively and lead productivity with a diverse workforce;
* Must be able to multi-task with competing priorities and meet deadlines with short time frames;
* Ability to travel within the State of Florida; Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of some of the requirements.
