Job description

General Summary:

The ConnectWise HR Coordinator supports our colleagues by managing Talent/HR-related activities & functions including onboarding/offboarding, colleague relations, managing benefit plans, and other Talent related functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for colleague questions to the HR team

  • Partner with colleagues and management to communicate various policies and procedures

  • Perform HR/Talent administrative tasks, such as onboarding new colleagues including background checks, internal set up and conduct orientation

  • Maintain current information on company intranet and HRIS system

  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and mandated reporting

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting compliance.

  • Benefits auditing and reconciliation

  • Respond to colleague relation issues and complaints. Work with colleagues and managers to answer questions and resolve issues

  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, oversee colleague relations and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement

  • Scanning and electronic filing of documents, including contracts, employee paperwork, and confidential documents

  • Assist the organization with 401(k) and benefit changes and procedures, including open enrollment

  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations in keeping all data confidential

  • Assist in formal training sessions, orientations and retirement seminars for colleagues concerning benefits programs and changes that occur

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Attention to detail is essential

  • Outstanding suite of communication skills, including verbal, written and listening

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Ability to work constructively under stress and pressure in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Excellent team skills with the ability to create effective relationships with peers, partners and leadership


Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • At least one year of Human Resources experience required

  • Previous Benefits administration experience preferred


Working Conditions:

  • Professional office environment and remote work available

  • Minimal travel required
