People Operations delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. We are trusted advisors who deliver innovative and scalable human capital solutions. The team consists of 8 enablement teams primarily based in Tampa, FL. Talent Acquisition Enablement provides operational support to the US, Mexico & Canadian firms across disciplines including interview scheduling, offer letters and new joiner onboarding.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Broad understanding of the campus and experienced recruiting lifecycle and the ability to work with leaders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks. Some knowledge and specific technical expertise in sourcing and recruiting process, sourcing and recruiting systems, a high level of customer focus as it relates to building a distinctive experience, tactical capabilities that leverage and maximize a shared services team workflow, and issue management.

Demonstrated ability to: Manage direct reports and determine team activity workflow and job priorities. Coach and develop Talent Acquisition Onboarding team. Support performance evaluation process and recruiting of individual personnel within Team. Ensure prioritized and consistent usage of shared services resources. In collaboration with leadership provide perspective on all hiring/dismissal decisions. Ensure consistency in role application and career path progression of all team members. Oversee the development and application of high-quality learning opportunities for team members. Coach and develop team member skills as necessary; succession planning. Collaborate with a network of client and stakeholders. Liaise with relevant HR stakeholders related to onboarding tasks to drive completion of required process steps. In conjunction with coach, act as liaison with the market teams and key stakeholders to gain an understanding of Firm and/or LoS business requirements for support of the onboarding program; establish the required process improvement and change management protocols. Coordinate operations, compliance or systems support solutions with coach and key stakeholders to drive development and implementation of appropriate onboarding solutions in support of Firm and/or LoS Human Capital and business requirements. Function as TA Onboarding SME on all programs inquiries; serve as escalation point for staff responsible for direct program administration to maximize response time and execution quality. Develop appropriate program policy and procedure documentation and drive information sharing with HRSSC Call Center and staff and broader Human Capital Community. Contribute, where appropriate, to the identification of program effectiveness and efficiency and related measurement metrics; execute against effectiveness measurement metrics.
