Job description
The Recruiting Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Recruiting professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the group
• Develop detailed recruiting strategies to meet the functions' need for talent acquisition and introduce candidates to managers in anticipation of future hiring needs
• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners and work with function heads and Managing Directors to fill senior level roles
• Supporting ICG Technology organization within the broader Institutional Clients Group line of business
• Partner with hiring manager, HR, Compensation, and Business Management partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process for senior level roles, including employee referral and sourcing and diversity strategies (internally/externally, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods)
• Provide advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates
• Source applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates and provide a short list to Hiring Managers.
• Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders; working closely with appropriate parties to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and sign off.
• Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management process providing sound rationale for offer terms required including complex offers.
• Initiate and participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
• Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.

• Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years as a Professional/ Executive Recruiter specializing in Technical Recruiting
• 1+ year in Team leadership/management position
• Demonstrated core recruiting and leadership skills
• Demonstrated identification and assessment skills
• Working knowledge of compensation
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Financial Services knowledge is highly desirable
• Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive level clients.
• Familiarity with local employment laws
• Strong negotiation skills and consultative skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Internet recruiting, etc
Education:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
