Under the general direction of the HUB Senior Manager, this position is responsible for onboarding new employees, operationalizing critical business processes and providing clear and accurate direction to all employees. This position will drive teamwork within the HUB and functions to ensure alignment of training objectives and process accuracy.

  • Act as the lead facilitator for multi-day training, applying adult learning methodologies, varying training delivery methods to ensure continued engagement and efficiency
  • Act as a subject matter expert during training delivery on complex topics and tailor to the audience who may have a range of needs/abilities
  • Facilitate interactive technical and product training for HUB service advocates and vendors
  • In addition to training delivery, works on a broad range of assignments, working cross-functionally with Operations Leadership to support business improvements, call monitoring and content updates to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain, update and improve training content applying design techniques and standard methodologies
  • Regularly review internal and external training resources to stay current on best practices and methodologies for training/learning
  • Partner with other trainers and supervisors to provide updates and support project management of learning programs
  • Support performance assessment and mentor including new hire management, call monitoring, assessing learning of existing agents
  • Facilitate professional development topics for Patient Services as assigned
  • Demonstrates autonomy in proposing alternative ways to train and exercises judgment based on experience. In addition, is the primary owner of more complex training topics

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree

OR

Masters degree and 2 years of learning training and development experience

Or

Bachelors degree and 4 years of learning training and development experience

Or

Associates degree and 10 years of learning training and development experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of learning training and development experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of adult classroom facilitation experience in a corporate setting, with a clear understanding of adult learning principles and current training methods
  • Experience working on a training team that requires management of multiple training programs
  • Experience in facilitating leadership and professional development topics
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, problem solving, and prioritization skills
  • Previous experience with instructional design and knowledge of e-learning tools is preferred
  • Project Management and data analysis experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
  • Prior related proven experience is highly preferred
