What do our Recruiters do? As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you would be responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers within that market, sourcing and screening applicants, interviewing for hourly and salaried positions, and assisting in job fairs and other outreach events. This individual will have considerable skills in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in Human Resources, a basic understanding of the corporate and field organizational structure and has no trouble communicating with others in a friendly but professional manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Under the direction of the Talent Partner, assist in recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Source, screen and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for open requisitions.
- Partner with Organization Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
- Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria (Calibration).
- Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Develop and implement search strategy that includes use of organizational approved tools and resources.
- High school diploma or GED, college preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
- ATS System experience - preferred
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search.
