Job Summary:

This position will support the company's financial planning and analysis activities, assisting the FP&A Manager in developing tools and processes related to forecasting, planning,scenario analysis and strategic financial

projections. The role's key responsibility is performing various analytical tasks from budget modeling to

preparation of financial presentations for management review.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective planning and analysis capability

that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance

• Responsible for updating the financial models used in the preparation of forecast and budget

• Leverage system tools to collect, analyze data and develop various models in support of financial projections and other

operational performance trends using appropriate metrics.

• Conduct various analyses in developing and identifying key metrics for modeling financial data (revenue,

cost, expenses, patient count, FTEs, and other KPIs).

• Prepare and develop presentations in support of board meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership

meetings and various other finance related committees of the company.

• Collaborate with other teams to understand monthly trends and budget variances and in the continuous improvement

of financial models

• Maintain documentation of the planning processing in accordance with the company's internal control policies

• Identify process improvement opportunities within the financial planning department to enhance efficiency

• Other ad-hoc analyses as required or requested by management

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent required

• Minimum of 5 years related experience

• Strong technical skills required:

o Advance skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

o Advance Excel experience required (vlookup, sumif, pivot tables, indirect, etc.)

o Knowledge in basic programming required (VBA, SQL, etc.)

o Tableau, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other data analytics tools experience preferred

• Ability to understand and modify complex spreadsheets and datasets in modeling financial data

• Aptitude for problem solving with strong analytical thinking ability

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly committed, motivated and team oriented personality

• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization require
