Technical Recruiter - CSI Tech
CSI Tech is actively seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in our Corporate office, located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying key IT talent for our Fortune 500 clients located in the greater Jacksonville area, and providing full recruiting life cycle support for our local and national clients. In this role, you will be given access to all the best tools & technology to have an innovative - streamlined, recruiting approach. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurturing candidate relationships. Planning and executing successful recruiting tactics require plenty of collaboration, so we are looking for a team player who is ready to hit the ground running.
The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Partner with sales team to learn about the client base serviced
· Identify key talent for contract, contract to hire & direct hire positions with CSI Tech's clients, utilizing all possible tools & avenues to ensure complete coverage on key jobs.
This includes, but is not limited to the use of:
· Existing Database candidates
· Personal network/pipeline
· Referrals
· Job Boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
· LinkedIn and other social media platforms - partnering with our Marketing team to create graphics and other advertisements
· Targeted recruiting calls
· Ensuring high closing ratios by applying high attention to detail, thorough candidate screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post-placement
· Partner with Sales Team by participating in client meetings and intake calls as needed to help secure and qualify new job requisitions
· Developing new and effective recruitment/sourcing tactics
Qualifications:
· 2+ years previous technical sales or technical recruiting experience
· Competitive and Goal-Driven
· Outstanding client service focus
· Ability to establish credibility & rapport quickly
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities is essential
· Self-guided/motivated professional that works thoroughly to the logical end of a task, requesting appropriate assistance when necessary
· Technical proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, including Word and Excel
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Bullhorn is a plus
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Detail-oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables.
