Account Manager: 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License Required, Experience preferred but not required:

Qualifications for Account Manager:

  • 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance license
  • 1-2 years of insurance experience preferred (customer service or sales)
  • The candidate must be willing to work in a high pace office environment
  • Multi- tasking, productive, efficient, team player, no drama are just a few of our qualification requirements

Account Manager/Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the existing agency-client relationship, follow up with clients, present policy renewals, and close/retain
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Support can include responding to inquiries regarding: insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Develop new policy opportunities with both existing and new clients
