Overview: LB Services has an immediate opening for a Recruiter.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties Include
Responsible for maintaining a talent pipeline of candidates in anticipation of expected vacancies across various programs;
Works with hiring managers, crafts detailed job descriptions, determines effective screening questions, and posts requisitions
Sources talent by utilizing the ATS, external job boards, social media platforms, and referrals
Screens talent to ensure candidates are:
Technically qualified
Vetted for their interest in the role (location, compensation, etc.)
Able and prepared to deploy on the required timeline and take information requirements seriously
Follows key candidate conversations with planned communication templates and infographics to ensure candidates are well prepared to swiftly move through the deployment process
Collaborates with Hiring Manager to assist where needed, also periodically follows up with candidates in the talent pipeline to gauge their interest in employment
Recruits for proposal efforts in addition to funded requisitions
Qualifications: Performance Objectives
Meet monthly pipeline goals set Director of Human Resources
Source and screen candidates from all external sources at 3 times per week
Maintain communications with passive candidates and build talent pool

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
Ability to work in US without Company sponsorship
Position Criteria
Experience in the government contracting industry
Experience in a recruiting coordinator role
Experience in a high volume recruiting environment
Expert talent searcher, who can go out and find passive talent
Proficient with Microsoft office Suite, including Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
