We are currently seeking an Regional Manager who will be a member of our Corporate Regional Management team. This person needs to live in Florida. This individual is responsible for overseeing a group of 5-10 properties located in the North Florida area, and to drive their success to critical company metrics and expectations. Their primary focus will be to mentor Property Managers and their staff to ensure sales focus, proper tenant relations, security and safety are met.

This position also includes, but is not limited to:

* Driving to critical number expectation of 100% occupancy rate at all properties
* Maintaining 95% staffing levels with "A Players" at all parks
* Maintaining profitability at all locations - work to a P&L - develop an "owner" mindset
* Maintaining Riverstone's reputation within the mobile home property management industry

Position Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience within the property management industry, preferably in mobile home property management
* Ability to be very active while completing property visits - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 20 pounds.
* Ability to travel up to 50%, by both automobile and airplane
* 24/7 availability to assist team if necessary
* Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
* Completed High School Diploma/GED
* Experience successfully leading a team and hiring "A-Players"
* Sets high standards for themselves and their team

* Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
* Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational and planning abilities
* Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
* Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong computer skills

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually
