Position Summary

The Offerpad Solutions Expert ('SE') is on the cutting edge of real estate every day. As a licensed real estate agent, the Solutions Expert plays an instrumental role in helping our customers to 'move freely' by bringing Offerpad's innovative solutions and products to every homeowner. The SE has access to cash offers, home improvement advance products, free services, free moves, nationwide and local marketing, various listing and buyer paths, etc. In short, there should never be a homeowner that our Solutions Experts cannot help in selling their home. With the support of the OP brand, support team and extensive marketing efforts, the SE will have the tools to provide high quality experiences without the outlay of personal expense for signs, lockboxes, MLS fees, marketing, flyers, photos. This role is not designed for the part-time agent. We are seeking true professionals who are committed to their careers and ready to take the next step up in production and compensation. Essential Functions

  • Bring traditional real estate knowledge and expertise to Offerpad, with the desire to learn a new and better way to support buyers and sellers through a real estate transaction.
  • Revolutionize the real estate industry with grit and a strong desire to help clients experience the best way to buy and sell a home.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communication via multiple channels (phone, email, video, text, etc.), to provide the best home buying and selling experience.
  • Manage a pipeline of homeowners; both buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of their home, with oversight through every step in the process they choose.
  • Possess extensive real estate acumen tied to property assessment and valuation, contracts, and strong ability to partner with Offerpad team members in the listing and closing processes, management of exclusive Offerpad Concierge Services scheduling, and credit/repairs.
  • Be the subject matter expert for everything related to Offerpad's portfolio of Services and programs including, but not limited to the Instant Offer, Renovations, Services, Home Listings, Home Loans, Trade-ins, Concierge Services, etc.
  • Oversee daily tasks required by the Solutions Expert, including but not limited to setting appointments with homeowners to discuss cash offers and listing options, showing homes to potential buyers, submitting paperwork, communicating across departments regarding homeowners and updating systems and databases.


Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
  • Hold an active real estate license in the required Market(s) for the hired position.
  • Minimum 3 years of Real Estate Agent experience; more than 30 transactions over the past 36 months
  • Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change, and possess a positive attitude,
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills,
  • Strong ability to Multi-task,
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities, and timelines to achieve results,
  • Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills,
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail,
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions,
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills,
  • PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information in a meaningful way. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Available to work non-conventional hours (homeowners need us in the mornings, nights, and weekends),

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active licensure in multiple markets a plus
  • Valid Driver's License
  • SalesForce and/or TalkDesk experience a plus
