This position will interface with internal Kimberly-Clark customers across the globe as well as all the business units.
Candidates should have expertise in Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography and a working knowledge of Mass Spectrometry. These should include conducting and developing analytical methods and solving chemical and material problems for our products.
The focus of this role is on early- to mid-stage development of Family Care, Personal Care, and Kimberly-Clark Professional materials and products, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects and function as part of a larger team to accomplish project goals. • Apply analytical knowledge to solving a variety of customer problems involving formulations, new products, process problems, failure analysis, customer complaints, and intellectual property.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary and cross functional project teams to obtain practical solutions for our internal customers.

  • Effectively communicate project plans and results to internal customers.

  • Be able to work safely in a lab environment, complying with all rules and regulations.

  • 2-4 years industrial analytical hands-on experience in liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, preferably including synthetic and natural polymers.

  • Knowledge and experience in Gel Permeation Chromatography are also a plus.

  • It's not just about how much you know; it's also about how much you care

  • Knowing your product/service doesn't mean much if your customer/patient doesn't feel like you care about them. That's why you build relationships instead of simply making sales. If you see yourself in these words and want to work in a diverse environment, then send us word.
