A Consumer Services company seeks Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This is a fully remote job with 25% travel. Looking for a high volume/ Hourly/Service Level recruiter. . Someone that has a big personality, can network, sell company and opportunities, think critically, think outside the box, handle high volume recruiting, etc….

Job Details

  • Finding and connecting potential employees, promote company, and generate interest in joining us
  • Strengthen existing community and organizational relationships and seek out new ones where candidate pools may exist;
  • Communicating opportunities with potential candidates, generate excitement and interest in careers, branch locations, and overall company
  • Attend and represent the organization at career fairs, community events, etc.
  • Distribute giveaways appropriately to solidify brand
  • Be the key point of contact for all strategic relationships - external and internal, in assigned area
  • With the support of TA, create unique and appealing help-wanted ads and recruitment materials
  • Post and/or hand-out flyers advertising career opportunities to the public
  • Document and report on recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with the outcome of filling all positions within 50 days
  • Identify and document unique recruitment and staffing situation for assigned location(s) (i.e. what works, doesn't work, and why)
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for requisitions, applicants, candidate workflow, reporting
  • Review all applications, resumes and job inquiries and prescreen candidates for minimum requirements
  • Present qualified leads/candidates to TA Team or designated Branch representative for interviews; and schedule interviews accordingly
  • Screen, interview, both in-person and via telephone or web, all candidates
  • Execute regional Campus Recruiting & Intern Program
  • Coordinate offer, offer letter, and new hire orientation with TA/Branch Manager
  • Perform all reference checks and background checks, as appropriate
