We are looking to add a Recruiter to our team on an open ended contract to hire basis.
Preferred locations: MO, IL, AZ, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.

Coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding.

Recruiting for WWT's core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.

Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool.

Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.

Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable

Understand company's policies and benefits.

Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates

Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.

Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies

Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research

Develop a network of business and candidate contacts

Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings

Effectively communicate with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs

Miscellaneous projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
A minimum of 2-7+ years' experience in Recruiting
-
Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred
-
Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
-
Experience with contract negotiations
-
Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis

Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skill

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
