Check out our web page and Responsibilities:Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layoutsInspecting all scaffold components prior to assemblyBuild and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrailsClean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materialsLoad and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehiclesStudy plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installationEnsure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipmentMaintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffoldsMake sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shiftEnsure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedulesOther duties as requiredRequirementsTravel:Frequent travel in the US50% to 90% on the road, transportation and hotel are provided by InProductionCompensation:Hourly WagesPotential for OvertimePer diemReferral BonusRequired education:High school or equivalentRequirements:Background Check and Drug screening requiredValid driver's license preferred, with good driving record.Familiar with basic hand toolsCannot be afraid of heightsCreative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skillsOrganized and highly detailedAbility to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goalsAble to lift-up to 75IbsCandidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructionsCandidates from a Carpentry, Construction, Laboring or Events background would be advantageous.Must be capable of working overtimePreferred but not required: Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish)Preferred but not required: Valid US Passport for potential overseas travelBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife InsruanceVacationPaid HolidaysFloating holiday401K MatchTuition Reimbursement
