DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCER

Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Digital Content Producer who will be responsible for producing a variety of high-tech, dynamic, and stylized content, all driven with purpose and global impact in mind. In addition to conventional digital video/content production, there are also opportunities to develop Mixed Reality and Virtual Production content to market and showcase our VR education platform, Virtuosi. This is a remote position based in Atlanta, Georgia. There will be up to 30% travel (including both domestic and international travel) for filming, editing, on-site client visits, business meetings, and conferences. Some weekend work is required for company meetings, filming, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to research and identify new content using innovative and creative approaches
- Works as a creative storyteller by writing, developing, editing, and publishing content across multiple channels and mediums, including video, audio, podcasts, infographics, social posts, white papers, blogs, mixed reality, and virtual productions
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure content is delivered timely and design standards are upheld
- Ensures all materials are on brand and meets QxP's requirements
- Key contributor to the pre-production process, including storyboarding, scripts, scheduling, location scouting, talent selection
- Develops and manages content capture and on-site shots
- Manages post-production process, including video graphics, titles, music, and related items
- Stays updated on and proficient in new technologies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in variety of live-action, shoot-to-edit workflows for both commercial and educational material including (i) lighting, gripping, and DSLR and cine cameras; (ii) event-coverage content/filmmaking; (iii) still photography composition, capture and editing; and (iv) rendering and compression standards for different outlets (Web, LMS Systems, social media) and final mastering/grading.
- 2 + years of experience in standard video and photo editorial platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, Media Encoder, Davinci Resolve, etc.)
- Must share demo reel/online portfolio

- Experience with or willingness to learn (i) online production/post platforms, such as Frame.io, MediaValet, and SharePoint; (ii) data redundancy and RAID configurations for video archiving; (iii) virtual production and Mixed Reality capture of Virtual Reality material; (iv) 3D Animation platforms (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya); (v) Game Engine platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine) and (vi) Azure Storage (specifically storage container configuration and backups)
Compensation and benefits:
- Atlanta-based individuals expressing interest in this position can expect an hourly rate of $24-$35/hour on a full time basis (40 hours per week), and a performance based bonus
