Position: HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
* Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

* Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations
* Any other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
* 1+ years of Human Resources experience in a dynamic and agile environment
* Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (BambooHR would be a plus)
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Critical thinker and self-starter
* Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
