Loan Processor 12 Month Contract Assignment

Contract Salary: $18-$21 Per Hour

Duties:
  • Manage the QLO (Qualified Loan Originator) email account - respond to emails from affiliates
  • Process QLO submissions - transfer data from SurveyGizmo to Salesforce; evaluate the info submitted against requirement of state law (resource with this information is already developed); notify affiliate of compliance status, and if not compliant, the notification outlines what is needed to come into compliance
  • Follow-up with affiliate with outstanding items
  • Assign ABA training for expiring loan originators
  • Create a user guide for the process
  • Market to affiliates, to ensure that they are compliant by the deadline
  • Research laws, if necessary - this is already done, but there may be law changes at the state level

Requirements (skills/experience):
  • Executive assistant type roles would be great, ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication skills - oral and written; comfortable communicating with affiliates about issues / answering questions
  • Comfortable reading laws and regulations - not interpreting, but comprehending and then communicating it to others
  • Carry out assignments with minimal supervision
  • Not easily overwhelmed
  • Very comfortable utilizing different technologies and applications simultaneously
  • Quick learner/willingness to learn and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay well-organized within a fast-paced workload
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & keyboard dexterity - they have to navigate through multiple applications for a single task, sometimes
  • Experience with SurveyGizmo, Salesforce, and SharePoint - preferred
