They don't comb through paperwork and they're not expected to bear the burden of ALL needed support for their market. Managing Brokers at Worth Clark Realty respond to phone calls, text messages, emails, and other forms of contact for the more high-level and important local support for agents under their office. We back them with a full support squad that performs most of the heavy lifting such as basic day-to-day support, assistance with on-boarding, training, systems access, compliance (paperwork review), and more. Continue selling, maintain top-producer status, or run your team as you're used to. Simply provide top rated support to help agents succeed and be our local area market leader.

Worth Clark Realty is actively pursuing expansion into new markets and is looking for Managing Brokers to be our market leaders.
A successful real estate agent is someone who knows real estate and knows people. A Managing Broker knows real estate, knows people, and wants others to succeed as much as they want themselves to succeed. A Managing Broker at Worth Clark Realty is a successful agent that sees the value we provide and has the desire to share it, grow it, and benefit from it. Responsibilities include:
- Assist licensees with any questions and issues they may have in regard to conducting brokerage activities in the Market
- Assist licensees with any issues and disputes that may arise with other salespeople, agents, brokers, managing brokers, clients, customers, vendors, and other members of the public
- Assist with on-boarding, orientation, and training of licensees in the Market
- Produce content that is valuable to your agents, via video and/or written mediums
- Act as the liaison to the local MLS(s) and Realtor Association(s)
- Be the expert of local contracts, customs, and norms
- Assist with enforcement of office policies, including discipline of licensees
- Assist with the recruitment of licensees as necessary

We're looking for someone who checks these boxes:
- Managing Broker license
- 3+ years of real estate industry experience
- Expert knowledge of local forms and contracts
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Technical savvy; ability to use technology to your advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Self motivated with a high need to achieve
- Tend to take action rather than wait to be told what to do
- Willing to be available to respond to agent calls/texts in the evenings/weekends
- A desire to be successful, and part of something big
