Loan Origination System - Lending QB/ MeridianLink Mortgage
Overview Build, maintain and scale a workable loan origination system to meet the ever-evolving requirements of all applicable departments within the company.
Build
The initial architecture has been built, but on-going updates to the base framework will require future builds. For instance batch exports were not made available to LQB's general user base until Q2 of 2021. Once available, the system admin is responsible for building map files and implementing the exports. Major system enhancements in the future will require the building of modules within the system framework.
Maintain general maintenance of the origination system includes, but is not limited to, the following
- Fee Service Maintenance (updating fee schedules to match current needs)
- Employee Maintenance (creating/changing/disabling employee accounts)
- Licensing Maintenance (for the company and individuals)
- Custom Reports and Batch Exports
- Document Types and Folders
- Tasks, Conditions and Workflow Rules
- Integrations with other vendors (Document system (IDS), AUS (DU and LPA), Credit Providers (Avantus), etc.)
Microsoft 365 and Azure AD Environment
Overview Build, maintain and scale a workable Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment to meet the ever-evolving requirements of all applicable departments within the company
Build build company policies to meet and exceed current compliance standards.
Maintain general maintenance of the Azure AD environment and Microsoft 365 includes, but is not limited to, the following
- Create/Update/Disable M365 user accounts across the various admin portals of Microsoft and Azure
- Create/Update/Disable group accounts within our tenant (distribution, 365, shared inbox, security, etc.)
Microsoft's Power Environment (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Overview build, maintain and scale workable solutions within Microsoft's Power platform to meet the ever-evolving requirements of all applicable departments within the company
Build
Power BI
- Custom Dataflows, Datasets and Reports to visualize company data to make ingestion of that data accessible and intuitive
- Custom company apps to help keep employees agile and efficient
- Custom flows that capture the platform's automation capabilities to best serve the company from an efficiency standpoint.
Scale this portion requires efficiencies in Maintenance and Building to keep the company agile and future-proof our environment.
3rd Party Vendor Management
Overview build, maintain and scale workable solutions for all of the company's different vendors and software systems (Saas, websites, PoS, etc.)
Build Create a vendor approval process that properly vets a requested system or software.
Maintain keep current accounts active and in good standing, assist users with password reset and login issues, create/update/disable user accounts across all 3rd party vendors' systems. Provide training materials as needed for all applicable systems, websites and software vendors
Scale this will require a combination of building and maintenance to scale the current processes to future-proof the company's access
Hardware Management and Asset Tracking
Overview build, maintain and scale workable solutions for asset tracking and hardware acquisition.
Build create a consistent plan to acquire new hardware and track the assets accordingly
Maintain learn all current processes in regards to hardware acquisition and asset tracking
Scale combining the efforts from building and maintaining, will need to create a scalable solution for the company to acquire and track hardware assets and licenses.
Facilities Maintenance
Overview build, maintain and scale workable solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of the company as it pertains to facilities (offices, contracts and utilities)
Build create an internal process for acquiring new office space, contracts and licensing. As the company continues to grow, we will need a plan in place for getting new branch locations operable in a short timeframe.
Maintain keep current facilities operable in terms of network access and vendor requirements as needed.
Scale scaling will be directly related to building and maintaining an efficient process for new facility acquisitions.
