Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of
Talent Specialists to launch our first-ever National Recruiting Center. In this role, you will partner with the Strategic Accounts and National Practice Leaders on talent identification, attraction, and qualification for key clients. Develop well-executed recruitment strategies to support various practice groups high volume recruiting needs. And will also focus on developing your team for internal promotional opportunities.
In this position, you will initially build, train, develop and lead a team of over 20 talent acquisition specialists.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a National Recruiting Center, Strategic Accounts, VMS, or MSP delivery environment, with 5+ years of leadership experience in building and managing recruitment teams in multiple divisions. Experience with Bullhorn is preferred and there is also a strong preference for experience in managing offshore pipelining processes.
You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity, self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
