Positions in this function include those responsible for analyzing, researching, collaboration with product owners and documenting all enhancements and processes related to developing and optimizing a direct-to-consumer eCommerce experience. Provides digital and operational analysis utilized for decision making. Makes recommendations based on the analysis and provides explanations for output results as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking requirements provided by our product team and external users and ensuring our delivery team has the information and direction they need to complete applicable enhancements
- Design, develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the Store with a granular focus on optimizing conversions
- Own tracking of the customer shopping journey, including data collection, reporting, analysis and recommendations for experience and technological improvements
- Identify, create project plans, and implement software enhancements
- Produce and publish scheduled reports, dashboards, and metrics based on defined schedules
- Provide explanations for reporting results as necessary
- Assess, interpret, and document customer needs and business requirements
- Solves complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- Translates concepts into practice via design, coding, and maintenance of assigned software
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
- Acts as a technical resource

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in either a business analyst, product or analytics role
- 3+ years of experience writing user stories and business requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce environment
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CMS and commerce software functionality and/or implementation
- Experience with Powerpoint
- Experience working in an agile development environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
