We're working with an exciting Consumer FinTech who are systematically changing the way that overlooked consumers access and manage credit. Our difference is that we underwrite our loans using employment information rather than credit score, allowing for workers with stable jobs to gain access to affordable credit that many wouldn't have otherwise.

Founded in 2019, we are a venture-backed start-up that is seeing accelerating growth. We have built a strong presence throughout the Southeast and are currently licensed in 13 states and counting. Year-over-year, our numbers are up over 600%, and we don't plan on slowing down any time soon.

Your role in our mission

We're looking for a self-motivated, high-energy Marketing Manager that is passionate about digital marketing to execute on our strategy as our growth continues to accelerate. We have originated tens of millions of dollars in loans, but our goal is to grow over 5x in the next year. This role is incredibly important in helping us to scale and create an inclusive financial system that works for hard-working Americans.

The Essentials

• You have 3+ years of work experience in paid social media, paid search, or marketing operations.
• You are ready to create and refine targeted marketing programs to reach our ideal customer personas.
• You are excited to own the marketing channel stack including social media, paid search, and email marketing.
• You are comfortable defining goals and owning all aspects of tracking and reporting against said goals
• You are passionate about social impact and want to help build a business that makes a difference for everyday people.
• You are creative and can help to identify unique solutions to obstacles that may block your way
• You are comfortable in new and rapidly changing environments.
• You are proactive in not only finding and identifying problems but also solving them.
• You have the ability to work with all types of people at all levels of organizations in an office with a high-growth start-up mentality.
• You are excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• You are a persuasive communicator and able to verbalize complex concepts to those with less technical marketing backgrounds
• You are a team player and willing to do what it takes to contribute to the success of a larger operation
