Aptonet Inc is hiring an Information Technology Sr Recruiter

Our world class recruiting team builds the foundation of our client's success by finding extraordinary people that share our vision. You will be sourcing, screening, and presenting information technology professionals to contract opportunities in major markets across North America.


What We Look For

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
  • Passion and understanding of technology.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple recruiting assignments and manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and comfort with cold calling.
  • Assess applicants and resumes/profiles in online databases by comparing qualifications to job requirements, contacting potential and active applicants, and performing initial screening interviews.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies that target passive talent. Place job advertisements in online job sites, job databases, and social media sites such as Dice CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to find and attract qualified
  • applicants.
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
