Position Info:

Bridge Investment Group is hiring rising seniorfor our Summer Analyst 2022 property management internship in Atlanta, Georgia. The program offers unique exposure, within one of the fastest-growing global real estate private equity firms, to learn about the property management or leasing departments within value-add, office real estate.

Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means you will be expected to take lead and contribute on assigned vertical specific projects, working closely with senior management as well as other interns on company-wide initiatives throughout the program.

Qualifications:

Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to experience thriving in a fast-paced team, a successful candidate should have:

• Desire to excel in office property management and/or leasing
• Be a rising senior, graduation date of 2023 (undergraduate students only)
• Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent
• Excellent communication, relationship, and sales skills
• A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small
• Strong attention to detail

Department Info:

The Property Management Team manages the entire life cycle of building operations, including due diligence support during acquisition, execution of strategic capital plan, tenant relations functions, lease administration, staffing, financial reporting and upon successful execution of business plan, disposition of the asset. The Team is also responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate operations, to include: staff management, reporting, budgeting, construction, contract service administration, tenant and local community relations, lease administration, emergency preparedness, collections of rent and tenant service billings The Team partners with other verticals such as asset managers, brokers (leasing team), accountants, design consultants and contractors working on capital improvement projects that include amenity lounge, caf, conference center, lobby, fitness center, tenant improvements, elevator modernization, roof and mechanical equipment replacement.
