Support Center Analyst

6 Month Contract to Hire | Atlanta, GA

Synergis' client, a premier North American consumer and commercial services company, has engaged us in a search for a Support Center Analyst to join their growing team! The selected Support Center Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering on time, with quality, within budget and with exemplary customer service!

Server Support Technician Background

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers.
  • Track all work in ITSM for the benefit of customers and Technology Support Team.
  • Act as point of contact for incidents and service requests from end users by phone and email.
  • Solve problems and be able to present technical information to non-technical users
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management
  • Perform password resets for the following environments:
  • Active Directory
  • Payroll system
  • CRM
  • Voicemail
  • Configure and troubleshoot various equipment and peripherals, including iPhone, iPad, Desktops/Laptops, printers and more.
  • Support and configure the software applications like email plugins, CRM system, Outlook, Internet Explorer, timekeeping, customer presentation applications, VPN and others.
  • Employ device management tools in supporting users and requested applications.

Server Support Technician Requirements

  • Two year degree, college equivalent, or vocational school equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year prior Support Center experience.
  • HDI Support Center Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Must be willing to achieve certification within first year of employment
  • Knowledge of some or all the following
  • Active Directory
  • ITSM Ticketing Systems
  • Troubleshooting Desktop / Laptop / Mobile devices / Printers
  • Application configuration
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

Support Center Analyst - Other:

  • Any offer of employment will be contingent on the successful completion of a full background check and 10-panel drug screen
  • Local Atlanta based candidates only
