The University Recruiting team is seeking a university recruiter to support our intern and new grad needs in our regions. Currently there is demand for interns in LATAM, EMEA and North America. The majority of the roles are on the non-tech side, the university recruiter will help support and scale the Airbnb internship program and university operations in those regions to align with our global program strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience working cross-functionally with both technical and nontechnical partners. We're looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about driving process improvements, early talent development, and Airbnb's mission. This role will report to the Head of University Recruiting & Diversity Talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for new graduates and interns across Airbnb's Regions (Latin America, Europe, North America and Asia) expanding multiple roles
  • Design regional specific strategies to build interest with university students to meet intern and new grad demand from business groups.
  • Partner with regional vendors, where applicable, to source and manage candidate experience through the recruiting process
  • Activate candidates and ensure a smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (GreenHouse) to manage the recruiting process - including sourcing, tracking, managing candidates through the interview process, extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and supporting teams on business needs in order to build a competitive strategy and meet hiring goal
  • Facilitate hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Assist in the alignment and implementation of intern program processes; including on-boarding, performance evaluation, calibration, evaluation metrics and offer process
  • Create alignment and partnership with hiring teams

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruiting, programs/project management, or event experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting (variety of roles preferred)
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout hiring process
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the hiring needs of multiple regions (LATAM, APAC, EMEA and North America)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Patient, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience using data to track and evaluate program success over time

Preferred Requirements:
  • Notable experience working with interns and/or new grads in any of the following regions; EMEA, APAC, LATAM
  • Flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google products
