PCE seeks a Senior Valuation Associate to join a dynamic environment focused on delivering quality client services while achieving personal growth in knowledge and experience. Responsibilities include valuation analysis, industry research, assessing a company's financial and operational performance, constructing financial models, presenting conclusions, and writing valuation reports related to employee stock ownership plans, accounting, financial reporting, and tax issues.

Our associates work in small, client-focused teams within the Valuation group devoted to helping PCE's clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work closely with senior team members, client interaction and the ability to contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, with a concentration in finance or accounting is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of three to five years of valuation experience is required. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of accounting and/or finance, with a demonstrated understanding of capital markets and valuation concepts. Experience or exposure to valuation analyses with use of option, binomial, and Monte Carlo simulation models to value equity and debt securities is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, with excellent writing and communication skills. A CFA or CPA designation is a plus, but not required. We seek individuals who have first-rate interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle multiple assignments in a team environment and have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit, while providing excellent client service.

Location

You will the option of working from any of our four office locations. Working remotely is an option for the right candidate.
