What We Need
Mohawk's Laminate & Wood division is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst who can do more to bring Mohawk's planning and forecasting to the next level. This role is responsible for the execution of capacity planning, key metric monitoring and material purchasing initiatives.
What You'll Do

• Develop short and long-term supply plans from demand forecasts as part of the monthly S&OP process
• Collaborate with product management to create and implement the supply plan for specific product types
• Track and publish weekly KPIs for on-time shipment, fill rates, production schedule adherence and inventory quality vs. goals
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the supply chain strategies support company goals while meeting customer expectations
• Play a lead role in annual volume planning processes and strategies
  

• BS in Supply Chain, Logistics or analytical discipline or equivalent experience
• MBA/ advanced degree (preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory or production planning in Consumer Durables manufacturing
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain management process flows from requirement to fulfillment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (knowledge and experience of forecasting and planning software preferred)
  

• Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, with strong personal organization, poise andprofessionalism
• Driving optimization and results through reporting andanalytics
• Communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonalform
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Providing a strong attention to detail and accuracy to daily tasks, as well as special projects
• Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management andorganizationalskills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
