Job Summary:

Designs, develops and implements executive and management reporting structure to effectively monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPI) to achieve expected results. Works closely with team members on the daily execution of deliverables and assists less experienced team members as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs, builds and modifies management reports and dashboards. Ensures integrity of reporting and KPIs. Partners with LOB, corporate and support functions to define and identify data sources/needs and metric calculations.

  • Identifies and understands industry standard KPIs and consults with LOB. Coordinates with Finance, Information Technology and other corporate support functions on behalf of LOB for implementation.

  • Ensures reporting is meaningful and actionable. Ensures horizontal and vertical alignment of indicators and reporting throughout the organization. Validates the integrity of KPIs eliminating and minimizing multiple versions of the truth.

  • Ensures ease of use. Incorporates variance reporting capability when and where available. Provides ad hoc reporting capability.

  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Previous experience with PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar data visualization tools.

  • Previous experience with SAP Business Objects

  • 5-10 years experience with SQL server and working with data


Additional Information

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Minimum Experience:

  • Five years of job related experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

  • Knowledge of applicable operational functions, systems, policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products.
