nin Staffing is our light industrial and light clerical staffing division. It is our foundational business and has been the driving force behind our exponential growth rate over the last 20 years. This is our flagship division currently representing 85% of our overall business with over 100 branches across the U.S.

The Business Development Manager will be charged with developing new clients for the local nin Staffing branch and maintaining key metric benchmarks set up by the sales team leaders. This role is for sales professionals who thrive in a producer role and are eager and motivated to drive growth through innovation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quantify how to take our product to market
  • Maintain a productive call-to-close ratio
  • Act as your client's advocate, working with them through the entire process with a consultative approach
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective & successful strategies for the company & self-financial growth
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities
  • Collaborate with your recruiters to attract top talent and ensure client satisfaction


Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-motivation and self-discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to set and execute sales calls via telephone and in person
  • Experience selling a service vs. a product
