job summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager who will take on the management of key projects within our supply chain distribution; e.g., Warehouse Operations. Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Needs to be a self-starter who can manage with limited oversight. Prior experience managing ERP platforms and deploying infrastructure for a distribution warehouse. Operate with a sense of urgency. Communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in Project management
• MUST understand ERP
• Oracle
• PMP Certification - is preferred
• 5+ years of ERP system implementation experience
• 5+ years distribution warehouse/supply chain experience
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at the same time, having multiple complex Workstreams.

responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Update project management systems (ServiceNow, Tempus, Box sites)
• Ensure timely problem resolution and escalation.
• Maintain ongoing project communications with all project stakeholders, incl. Program Manager!
• Keep a "sense of urgency" and leadership throughout the life of the project to ensure on-time delivery.
