Job Description

Discover is invested in growing and developing our Talent Acquisition team!

This newly created Manager Talent Acquisition role will help design and execute the attraction, engagement and talent selection strategies for a group of business units. This individual will work closely a diverse group of stakeholders including senior business leaders and HR colleagues to drive diverse talent solutions to Discover.

How You'll Do It

* Partner with Business Leaders to understand talent demands and needs to develop a strategy including the approach, plan, and success metrics to fulfill the needs.
* Manage a small team of Recruiters and Sourcers.
* Help support training and development of Recruiters and Sourcers and drive recruiting methodology.
* Manage resources and provides direction for prioritizing workload within segment to ensure attainment of service level expectations.
* Own talent acquisition projects and drive continuous improvement efforts.
* Manage a small recruitment load.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
* 6+years' experience with recruiting in either corporate or agency setting
* In lieu of a degree, 8+ years' experience in recruiting, HR consulting, operations management

Bonus Points If You Have

* 8+years' experience with recruiting in either corporate or agency setting
* Previous leadership experience
