We are currently seeking an Assistant Category Sourcing Specialist, who will be responsible for the processing of Pricing Support, Returns, Credits, Data Maintenance and Supplier Interaction for the Procurement Group. This will also include maintaining the Supplier contact list of all approved Suppliers for the Department.

Responsibilities:
Create Shorr new item setup forms according to item specs and SX.e data requirements

Pricing support

Item Maintenance

Limited Quoting

Supplier Interaction

Lead Time Maintenance and Communication

Rebate Maintenance and Tracking

Returns

Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS

Strong Ownership skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to act without direction

Attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of SX.e and elements within (preferred)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university and 2-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
