Job description

This global company, headquartered in Ireland, has developed a SaaS knowledge platform that enables customers to manage their compliance, regulatory, and risk needs in one place. Customers include Apple, Amazon, Bosh, Ikea, and over 250 more. They are a leader in a space not yet saturated. While they have had a presence in the US for several years, they are laser-focused on growing that.


This person will focus on landing new deals and growing enterprise accounts. They have a 50/50 inbound/outbound lead ratio and aggressive comp plan that is uncapped.


This person can work remotely anywhere in Illinois OR New York.


Responsibilities include:


  • Develop a strategy to optimize and manage a pipeline
  • Focus on expansion within a named account list
  • Focus on net-new business from a targeted account list
  • Educate prospects on design thinking best practices, benefits, and configuration options
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Deliver feedback to our Product team to contribute to innovation
  • Nurture sales leads by providing personalized follow-ups and customized presentations
  • Utilize CRM for managing leads and follow-up
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and key markets


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of software sales experience
  • Proven sales track record with demonstrated success in achieving quota
  • Experience with B2B solution selling, impact selling, challenger selling a plus
  • Experience with following sales processes and using CRM (Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience with the land-and-expand motion with large enterprises
  • Experience dealing with Legal, Security, and Procurement teams to win deals
  • Experience with multi-threaded sales techniques in large enterprises
