*Position goal*
Schedule and follow up on promotional team to deliver events and activities at customers' locations to increase brand awareness and sales of company products. Leading promotional events as customer sites.
*Job responsibilities*
* Develop, coordinate and schedule events with regional stakeholders for assigned customers.
* Communicate schedules and required activities to Promotion Auxiliaries and analyze activity reports to ensure effectiveness.
* Manage assigned equipment, including but not limited to, sound and video systems, promotional displays and "giveaway" materials.
* Conduct promotional activities which capture customer attention and create sales, such as contests and prize "giveaways."
* Set up promotional displays with product and other equipment as defined by promotion.
* Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketing and promotional materials are displayed
*Minimum Qualifications*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of sales experience
* Ability to travel to multiple supermarket locations
* Food handler's permit
* Driver's License which meets company requirements
* Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance
* MVR which meets Bar-S driving standards with review by Bar-S Human Capital
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills with Outlook, Word and Excel
* Fully fluent in Spanish
